that you refer!
Here’s how:
· Encourage therapists to join our Team. Be sure the candidate writes your name and email under “referred by” on their application. You may also submit a candidate’s name and contact information through our "contact" page or to us via regular email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. · Once the therapist completes their orientation with PEG, your reward earnings period begins! During their first 90 days of employment, you earn $1.00 for each hour the person works…up to $520!
The more you refer, the more YOU earn!
The fine print:
· Your name and contact information (email address or address) must be on the “Referred therapist’s” application (NO exceptions). Offer valid for PTs, OTRs, and PTAs only. If you submit a candidate via email, we will contact you upon hire of the “Referred Therapist” and will need contact information in order to forward the reward earnings.
· The “Referred Therapist” can only state one name on his/her application.
· Previously employed PEG therapists are not eligible as “Referred Therapists”.
· PEG Therapists cannot guarantee hours to “Referred Therapists”. Worked hours are based on clients’ orders and therapists’ availability.
· A “Referred Therapist” must work a minimum of 16 hours in a 90 day period for you to be eligible to receive a reward.
· All rewards will be paid on a monthly basis and will be issued by the 10th of the month following.
· Payment for a “Referred Therapist” is for the first 90 days of their employment, commencing on the first day that your “Referred Therapist” completes their orientation with PEG. The amount of the reward is solely dependent on the amount of hours your “Referred Therapist” works.
· This reward/bonus program is not valid with any other reward/bonus program being offered by PEG Therapists.
