A graduate of Rockhurst University with a BS in Physical Therapy Sciences, Peggy founded PEG Therapists originally as Physical Enhancement Group in 1991 As a physical therapist herself with an emphasis on outpatient rehabilitation, Peggy created PEG Therapists to give other therapy professionals opportunities to work in a variety of stimulating clinical settings, while allowing them as much job flexibility as possible. Peggy also has enjoyed using her extensive knowledge of the St. Louis regional health care landscape to give area healthcare organizations the therapy professionals they need to serve their patients. In fact, many area hospitals, rehabilitation centers and other healthcare organizations have had Peggy working directly as a therapist in their facilities and have firsthand experience with her professionalism, enthusiasm and strong work ethic.

Susan Silver

Director of Sales and Recruitment Susan Silver has spent her entire 25-plus year career in the healthcare industry, including executive level stints in both for-profit and not-for-profit hospitals, long-term care facilities and a healthcare management staffing company on both sides of the river. This experience has given Susan a deep understanding of a healthcare organization's human resources needs and budget pressures. Susan holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from the University of Illinois.

Staffing Coordinator Sarah Meyer has worked as the front desk coordinator for a busy St. Louis medical practice and is well versed in quickly assessing and meeting the needs of patients and medical professionals alike. A St. Louis native, Sarah knows the region and its people and has extensive experience in client relations.
